Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in encapsulation, production, or manufacturing is preferred
- Comfortable operating machinery and following SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Prepare materials and coatings based on formulas/specs (measure, mix, and adjust as needed)
- Set up, operate, and calibrate encapsulation machines
- Monitor the encapsulation process to ensure consistent coating and quality
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain records of production runs, materials, and machine settings
- Perform light troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols in the production area
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members on continuous process improvement
- Assist with training new team members as needed
