Location: Sunrise, FL
Job Description
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, drawing
specifications, wiring diagrams and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials • Positions cables, parts and subassemblies by using fixtures when needed • Interprets assembly instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams and parts lists • Assembles cables by cutting, stripping, tinning, crimping, soldering, encapsulating and fastening parts and subassemblies • Resolves assembly problems by notifying the Production Manager to obtain additional resources • Injection molds cable assemblies • Produces labels and packaging for completed orders • Modifies parts using basic hand and electrical tools • Inspects and tests finished assemblies • Writes procedures using Microsoft Word • Collects test data using Microsoft Excel • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; notifying supervisor to call for repairs • Leads, guides, and trains employees performing related work • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations |
