Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician or Industrial Electrician to maintain plant equipment and electrical systems in a cold environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical and electromechanical components to ensure smooth plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electromechanical components
- Read blueprints and manuals to understand equipment specifications
- Maintain plant wiring, machinery, and electrical systems
- Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
- Support new system installations and plant maintenance projects
Requirements:
- Experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electromechanical Technician
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Willingness to train on day shift and transition to afternoons
Two weeks of hands-on training provided. After 800 hours, performance will be reviewed for potential permanent hire with added benefits including PTO, 401(k), and health insurance options.
