The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Electrical / Plumber Assistant to work at a company located in the Rochester, IN area!Job Title Electrical / Plumber Assistant Position Location Rochester Pay/hours Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm $17+DOE Requirements of position Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to: High school diploma or equivalent. Trade school or vocational training in maintenance-related fields is a plus. Proven experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and basic plumbing. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Proficiency in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance task Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Basic computer skills for record keeping and maintenance tracking. Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as necessary. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions. Responsibilities of position ELECTRICAL: Rough-ins – terminate receptacles – wire HVAC, wire lights, wire breaker box – know their way around a load center – Balance load count – follow blueprint and double check what the blueprint says to make sure it’s accurate PLUMBING: Soldering copper pipe Run pipe for bathrooms Installing toilets Installing vanities and faucets Installing showers and faucets Installing mirrors The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
