Requirements of position




  1. Understanding of digital retail dynamics, ecommerce product flow and webstore performance optimization.
  2. •        Proficiency with basic technology. Power Point, Excel, Word, and MS Office. Experience with Shopify preferred.
  3. Working knowledge of and appreciation for the importance of delivering an outstanding user experience as a means of driving both revenue and brand building experience.
  4. •        Able to collaboratively work in a fast growing and constantly changing environment.
  5. An analytical and data-driven mind, applied to setting goals.
  6. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and allocate time/resources to the most essential drivers of growth.
  7. Four-year Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline.
  8. 5+ years of experience in digital sales roles with a focus on consumer goods within the ecommerce space.
  9. Experience building a brand in both a Pure Play and Omni channel environment
  10. Basic computer skills with Power Point, Excel, Outlook and syndicated data
  11. Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, Shopify + Netsuite/Channel experience highly preferred.
  12. Must be fluent in English and Spanish
 
Responsibilities of position





  1. General Operations: support key ecommerce accounts with day-to-day operational needs including but limited to: item setup and maintenance, monthly reporting, forecasting, invoice submission, troubleshooting fulfillment and operational issues.
  2. Collaboratively partner with key customers to determine effective product assortment recommendations, online merchandising strategies, promotional opportunities, and pricing decisions for e-commerce accounts that achieve both topline and profit growth.
  3. Develop both short- and long-term Joint Business strategies that align with customers and Mason Vitamins strategic vision, tactics, and business KPI's
  4. Partner cross-functionally to support company objectives, new item launch strategies, social media/email/SMS marketing, sales forecasts with Purchasing & Planning and
customer service strategies with Customer Care.
  1. Identify partners and services to drive efficiencies and sales for the ecommerce and the broader Mason team. Assist with evaluation, internal pitch and implementation of strategies which chosen partners (i.e. agency and technology partners).
  2. Social Media, Email & SMS Marketing: assist with strategy development and implementation to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to convert customers likes
to sales
  1. Owned Websites: assist with the site development, product listings, promotional strategies and creative assets to build relationships with our customers and accelerate sales on our owned websites
  2. ·        Item setup & Online Catalog Management: assist with new item setup and ongoing content management on ecommerce platforms; assist with routing product content to ensure consistency and adherence to retailer policies; troubleshoot listing issues as they arise to minimize business interruption and inventory updates across the marketplaces.
  3. Routing and managing creative assets to provide a best in class on site .com experience on all websites.
  4. Management of industry platforms, Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Shopify, Mirakl and other 3rd party strategic partners.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and goals for growth of the e­ commerce sales channel in line with company goals.
  6. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
The Econunerce Account Manager oversees the operations of the company's assigned Ecommerce accounts and assists with the implementation of strategies to accelerate growth across the Ecommerce channel.
The Ecommerce Account Manager primary duties include developing and executing sustainable strategic growth plans with their customers to reach sales targets and profit goals. The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving strong cross-functional partnerships across the company, and championing their customer and channel priorities across the organization. Key behaviors and focus areas also include the ability to be analytical, fact based, collaborative, financial driven, and a bias for action. Major emphasis around distribution growth with existing and new customers, promotional management, financial improvements, return on spending and driving awareness/conversion will be major KPI's measured throughout the year.
