| Requirements of position
|
|||||
| High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).
1–3 years of experience in domestic freight or logistics operations.
Familiarity with freight carriers, routing, and domestic transportation regulations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with TMS software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| Coordinate domestic shipments via truckload, LTL, intermodal, and courier services.
Schedule pickups and deliveries while optimizing routing and cost efficiency.
Monitor shipment progress, proactively resolve delays, and provide real-time updates to clients.
Prepare shipping documentation including BOLs, shipping labels, and customs paperwork if needed.
Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met.
Track and update shipment statuses in transportation management systems (TMS).
Investigate and resolve service issues, discrepancies, or damage claims.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support billing and invoicing by verifying carrier charges and ensuring documentation accuracy.
