Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Transportation Assistant to support our cold storage produce operation. This position is responsible for coordinating transportation, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
Coordinate routes and monitor shipment status
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
Ensure on-time delivery of refrigerated produce
Maintain accurate transportation records and logs
Assist with data entry and daily reporting
Resolve delivery issues in a timely and professional manner
Support the transportation and warehouse team as needed
Requirements
Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or warehouse support preferred
Experience in cold storage or produce industry is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Reliable and detail-oriented

Requirements:

Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse support preferred
Cold storage or produce industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and team player
