Large food and snack company looking for an Advertising Director
Seeking a Director Level Consultant for a Contract Opportunity for the Execution of breakthrough, best-in-class creative ideas and activation plans from brief through execution and optimization.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead development of marketing communications strategies that start with a compelling and cogent brief and are smartly built to effectively build brands and drive behavior change.
- Creative Excellence. Deliver breakthrough, on-brand, on-strategy creative that delivers the business objective(s).
- Executional Excellence. With the right creative strategy and idea in place, this leader will work with the team to execute activation plans flawlessly, with excellent attention to detail.
- Develop Inspiring Briefs. Lead development of strategic marketing briefs, in partnership with Brand Marketing, to inspire “best in class” creative that aligns with brand strategies and delivers business impact
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years integrated marketing experience, ideally with some client-side and food/consumer packaged goods experience
- Balance of strong strategic thinking and flawless execution
- Strong understanding of all communication channels – paid, earned, and owned
- Strong creative intuition and ability to lead creative agencies to breakthrough ideas
- Excellent communication/presentation skills; ability to inform, influence and negotiate across functions and with all organization levels. Ability to translate the complex into the simple
