Requirements of position




  • Creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital platforms (Meta Business, YouTube Studio, analytics tools).
  • Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (design, product, sales, external agency).
  • Organization and management of multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and to the visual/technical quality of content.
  • Experience with collaborative tools and CRM (preferred).
  • Excellent writing and spelling in Spanish (English is a plus).
Travel Requirements
  • Must be available to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
  1. Valid passport required (or ability to obtain one), plus willingness to work across different time zones when needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities of position





Position Objective
 Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing and content management strategies that boost brand visibility, product positioning, and support for the sales force. Responsible for social media management, catalog updates, graphic design coordination, website maintenance, and the creation of promotional materials for both internal and external use.
 
Main Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing and Social Media
  • Monthly planning of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Creation and publication of audiovisual content, including:
    • Video recording.
    • Writing key messages, descriptions, hashtags, and titles.
    • Distributing content on social platforms to increase views and engagement.
  • Development and follow-up of digital campaigns by segment (e.g., MTB, XGT, OPE, etc.).
  • Analysis of digital trends for implementation in content strategies.
  • Monitoring and management of social media, including interaction with users and key clients.
  • Growth and loyalty strategies on social platforms (followers, views, engagement).
  • Email marketing campaigns:
    • Coordination and review of monthly content.
    • Approval and sending of mass emails to the database.
  • Distribution of leads and sales inquiries from social media to sales representatives (SR).
2. Content Management and Digital Assets
  • Review, design, and translation of flyers for new products sourced from GR or international catalogs.
  • Coordination with the Product and Design teams for the creation of Tool Tags and promotional materials.
  • Review and validation of technical sheets, corrections, and final artwork.
  • Organization, prioritization, and routing of design requests from customers and sub-distributors.
  • Search and management of digital assets requested by clients (datasheets, images, videos, etc.).
  • Sharing developed digital campaigns with key customers.
3. Accessory and Tool Catalogs
  • Identification of new models not included in previous versions (via Network).
  • Organization of new listings, collection of technical data and images.
  • Removal of discontinued products.
  • Coordination with the designer for page redesign, table correction, and placement of new products.
  • Comprehensive review of the catalog prior to printing.
  • Updating the index and structure according to changes or new additions.
  • Management of printing quotes, approval with Management, and PO requests from Inventory.
4. Website Management and Maintenance
  • Ongoing communication with the web provider for updates, improvements, and content uploads.
  • Adding new segments, translated flyers, videos, and press releases.
  • Updating catalogs and CSA lists in coordination with the Service Department.
5. Reporting and Project Control
  • Preparation of monthly reports:
    • Report of completed artworks.
    • Digital management and results report.
  • Follow-up of pending digital projects and prioritization.
  • Maintenance of an end-user database (name, email, phone) of individuals interacting with the brand via social media or the website.
6. Sales Team Support
  • Provide visual materials (flyers, posters, promotions) to support field activities.
  • Direct coordination with clients and SRs for the development of customized materials or specific campaigns.
