Job Location: Grass Lake, MI
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $23-33.50/hr
Second Shift: 2:30pm-12:30am or 3:30pm-1:30am, Monday through Saturday (Hours may vary, Sundays as needed)

Responsibilities:
- Perform die tryout activities for large automotive body dies
- Troubleshoot and resolve die and tooling issues
- Conduct spotting, barbering, and die setting operations
- Support press operations ranging from 500-2,000 tons
- Ensure dies meet production and quality standards
- Work with production and engineering teams to improve performance
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of die making and/or die tryout experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in die tryout processes
- Experience with large automotive body dies and Class A surfaces
- Knowledge of spotting, barbering, troubleshooting, and die setting
- Experience working with press capacities from 500-2,000 tons
- Welding experience is a plus
- GD&T knowledge is a plus
- SMIRT knowledge is a plus
- Must possess personal hand tools (to a reasonable degree)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings
