Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead a growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and an experienced leader who can create an excellent patient experience while supporting and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support front office staff
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee daily office operations and patient flow
- Manage scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows
- Ensure a welcoming, family-focused patient experience
- Address patient concerns and support treatment coordination
- Oversee insurance verification, collections, and administrative processes
- Monitor office performance, scheduling, and key metrics
- Support patient retention, referrals, and practice growth
- Help identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental office management experience required
- Pediatric and orthodontic experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
