Position Summary
A rapidly growing RV manufacturer based in Goshen, Indiana is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the company’s mission of delivering exceptional quality, service, and customer experience through data-driven solutions. This individual will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing enterprise-wide data acquisition and reporting initiatives. This is a direct hire role that offers strong potential for growth and career advancement and a starting salary between $70k-$100k.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data reporting systems supporting departments such as Service & Warranty, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Sourcing.
- Collaborate with the IT department to maintain and develop software and hardware solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
- Analyze and summarize data to support actionable, data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly/annually) as needed by different teams.
- Use tools such as MS Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, NetSuite, Power BI, and others to consolidate, analyze, and present data.
- Manage all phases of data analysis—from data gathering to presentation—for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support integration of Artificial Intelligence tools in ways that enhance efficiency while protecting company data.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to support team development and operational scalability.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts to enhance the customer experience and internal efficiency.
- Promote and uphold a safe, respectful work environment, adhering to all environmental health and safety regulations.
- Serve as a collaborative partner, communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst role or related capacity
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI; familiarity with NetSuite preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred (or 4+ years of equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Understanding of RV industry or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to continuous learning
