Data Entry Specialist with logistics experience to support our fast-paced operations team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining shipment, order, and inventory data while ensuring timely and efficient workflow across departments. · 1+ years of data entry experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems
· Experience with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems preferred
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
· Strong communication and organizational skills

| Responsibilities of position
|
|

|
|
| · Enter and process purchase orders (POs), shipping details, and inventory data with a high level of accuracy
· Update and maintain logistics systems and databases (WMS, TMS, or ERP)
· Verify shipment information, including quantities, destinations, and tracking details
· Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy
· Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
· Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and shipment records
· Maintain organized records and documentation for reporting and compliance
