Job Title: Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (Import Clerk Trainee)
 Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role will start with a focus on data entry and administrative support, with the opportunity to be trained into an Import Clerk position. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and eager to learn new processes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to import operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Support the import department while learning processes and procedures
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow into an Import Clerk role
  • Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred

Schedule:
  • Full-time, standard business hours
