REQUIREMENTS
  1. ASSOCIATES DEGREE AND/OR 2 YEARS PRIOR EXP Supporting External Corporate Teams via Phone, Email, and Data Entry Research
  2. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT Computer Skills and Professional Phone Experience in a CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT
  3. ON SITE     - 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM  - Some OT possible
  4. Ability to learn Computer Systems (SAP)
  5. HOURLY PAY     $17.00 – $19.00
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver timely, thorough responses to all telephone and/or email inquiries from independent distributor partners, sales managers, operations personnel, etc. as well as maintain a tracking mechanism for such inquiries.
• Assist with order processing errors, product planning, cycle count changes, nightly error reports for the warehouse locations.
• Process Special Orders in a Database system.
