Responsible for leading the customer service team within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, effective communication with clients, and seamless coordination between warehouse operations, transportation, and customers.

Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm Flexibility Required (Including weekends or extended hours)
Pay Rate: $24-$26hr (Depending on Experience).

| Requirements of position
|
|
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of customer service experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution
- 1–2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience; 3PL/high-volume environment preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability
- Experience with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
Management
- Supervise, train, and coach Customer Service Representatives
- Conduct daily huddles to review priorities and KPIs.
- Manage schedules, attendance, and workload distribution.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback or corrective action.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as main contact for key clients and escalations.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
- Participate in client meetings and performance reviews.
Order & Service Management
- Oversee order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Ensure accuracy of order entry and system updates
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for on-time delivery.
- Monitor SLAs and customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams.
- Align operations with customer expectations.
- Communicate order changes, delays, and priorities
Systems & Reporting
- Use WMS, TMS, and ERP systems for order management.
- Track KPIs (accuracy, response time, satisfaction)
- Prepare performance reports for management.
Compliance & Improvement
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality and regulatory standards where applicable.
