Schedule:
Employees may select one of the following schedules:
  • Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with one late night per week: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
  • Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

The JobSquad is seeking a Customer Service Revenue Recovery Specialist in Jackson, MI to join our client’s team.
The Customer Service Revenue Recovery Specialist serves as a front-line representative communicating with consumers and authorized third parties to resolve outstanding account balances. This role involves initiating outbound calls, clearly explaining account information, requesting payment in full, negotiating payment arrangements within established guidelines, and accurately documenting account activity.
This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, empathetic listeners, and motivated by performance goals.
 
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Customer service or debt collection experience preferred, not required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to actively listen, negotiate, and problem-solve
· Professional demeanor with empathy and respect
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
· Basic computer, typing, internet, and email skills
· Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
 
 
Responsibilities of position





Responsibilities
· Initiate and manage inbound and outbound calls with consumers
· Clearly explain account information and request payment in full
· Negotiate payment arrangements within established guidelines
· Maintain control of calls while remaining respectful and professional
· Accurately document account activity and update consumer records
· Communicate only with authorized parties and maintain strict confidentiality
· Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs)
· Collaborate with on-site team members and supervisors
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Pay Structure & Incentives
  • $16.00/hour starting pay
  • $17.00/hour upon direct hire
  • $18.00/hour after 6 months of total service
  • $1.00/hour bilingual differential (English/Spanish)
