| The JobSquad is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives who are residents of the state of New Jersey to join our client’s team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a current resident of New Jersey
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to focus on repetitive data tasks with strong attention to detail
- Able to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous business processing or back-office experience
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills, including high accuracy and speed
- Organizational and analytical skills with ability to multitask
- Ability to type 45–50 words per minute
- Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers
- Ability to work limited overtime as needed
- Takes pride in providing exceptional customer experiences

| Responsibilities:
- Handle non-scripted inbound and outbound calls with commercial energy customers
- Provide professional outreach to assist with billing, payments, and account questions
- Review and process energy incentive applications for eligibility and accuracy
- Support customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation
- Ensure all communications follow compliance and confidentiality standards
- Perform additional administrative and back-office support duties as needed
