  1. Availability to work Monday through Friday
  2. Standard schedule 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  3. Flexibility to work until 6:00 PM when business needs require
  4. Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics environment
  6. Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities of position





We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience supporting manufacturing and logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating orders, and ensuring accurate information flow between customers, production, and shipping teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates
  2. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to track order status
  3. Process sales orders, updates, and changes accurately in company systems
  4. Provide shipment tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
  6. Assist with documentation, reports, and inventory/order follow-ups
  7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication
Requirements
  1. Previous customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics required
  2. Understanding of order processing, shipping, or inventory workflows
  3. Strong computer skills (ERP systems, Excel, email, order systems)
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working with production schedules or supply chain teams
  2. Familiarity with shipping documentation or warehouse operations
  3. Bilingual skills are a plus
