Are you confident, outgoing, and love helping people? Our growing e-commerce company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support and keep our customers happy. Work closely with Operations & Finance teams to resolve inquiries quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly, politely, and accurately
  • Assist customers with orders, product questions, and issue resolution
  • Maintain order and contact records in our system
  • Communicate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth order processing
  • Build strong, positive relationships to retain customers and promote loyalty
  • Learn our workflows and systems to provide efficient support
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • E-commerce or ERP experience is a plus but not required
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
