| Job Summary
Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, handle face-to face interactions with customers, as well as handle logging key information on daily transactions.
The position starts as training in first shift(Monday thru Friday). It will then transition to Second Shift (3 pm till 11 pm). The pace of business will also include longer hours as they have a huge push in business.

Must be professional, have good attendance, and willing to learn new things.
