Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (schedule may vary based on business needs)

Responsibilities of position





 
Position Summary:
 
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior CSR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role is critical to maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Process customer orders, returns, and adjustments accurately using internal systems.
  3. Work closely with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  4. Provide product information, resolve complaints, and follow up on customer concerns.
  5. Maintain customer records and account information.
  6. Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
 
Requirements:
 
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service role, preferably in a food manufacturing or related fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP system experience is a plus.
  5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
 
Experience with order processing or logistics coordination.
