| QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience 2 to 5 years in flooring industries.
• 5-10 years of customer service experience, preferably within construction, flooring, or lumber industries.
• Experience with order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
• Experience 3 years with NetSuite (Oracle).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

| Responsibilities of position
|

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently processing orders in a fast-paced environment using NetSuite.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with website navigation, including online order placement (as implemented).
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability in accordance with company policies.
• Partner with assigned sales representatives to support the sales process and customer needs.
• Review purchase orders, verify product availability, activate orders in the system, and send order confirmations via email.
• Develop product knowledge to recommend alternatives and solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure customer payments are accurately collected, recorded, and reconciled in the system.
• Perform daily closing procedures, including:
o Closing the credit card system
o Counting and balancing cash
o Printing and reviewing NetSuite reports
o Verifying totals and submitting end-of-day financial documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues related to returns, shipping, and order status.
• Prepare quotes for bulk and custom orders.
• Recommend complementary products and services when appropriate.
• Open new customer accounts upon Branch Manager approval.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and account documentation.
• Analyze customer needs and purchasing trends to recommend suitable products and services.
• Prepare reports related to products, services, and customer activity.
