Payrate: $16/hr starting, $17/hr upon hire-in, $18/hr after 1 year
 
Shift: 8am – 6:30pm 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, must be available during this time

The Jobsquad is seeking a Customer Service Rep in Jackson, MI to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and has strong customer service and data entry skills.
As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be responsible for answering calls, assisting customers, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information while maintaining professionalism and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Customer service or call center experience is a plus
·  Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
·  Comfortable using computers, email, and call center software
·  Good math, communication, and listening skills
·  Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
 
Additional Requirements
·  Commitment to confidentiality and compliance (FDCPA, HIPAA, FCRA, TCPA, PCI, ISO 27001)
·  Regular attendance and reliability are a must
·  Ability to sit, talk on the phone, and use a computer for long periods
·  Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and perform light physical tasks
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position





Key Responsibilities
·  Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
·  Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies
·  Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and effectively
·  Assist with account management, billing, and order processing
·  Set up payment arrangements for past-due accounts
·  Record all interactions in the call center system
·  Follow company procedures and quality standards
