| ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
•Customer Service
• Directing incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Answering customer questions and taking orders for CDC and Retail customers.
• Assist walk-in customers with product information.
• Maintain literature trees for customer use.
• Maintain constant product knowledge for all new and existing products.
• Assist Retail Sales Representatives by acting as a liaison between Retail store and the Sales Reps.
• Organization and maintenance of the show room including bringing in displays to help increase sales.

| Job Summary
•Oversees the completion of tasks assigned and scheduling of front count personnel.
• Answering multi-line phones and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Answering incoming calls and take orders or help with customer questions.
• Assist walk in customers with orders and product questions.
• Create tickets for walk in, CDC and Retail customers.
