What to Expect
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, friendly, and efficient. You’ll assist travelers from all over the world, providing accurate information, completing vehicle inspections, and ensuring each rental experience ends on a high note.
Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome customers as they arrive and ensure a positive experience.
  • Gather feedback to help improve future service.
  • Conduct discreet vehicle inspections for damage, fuel levels, and cleanliness.
  • Review rental charges with customers and provide clear, accurate receipts.
  • Offer directions and transportation information as needed.
  • Report and document any mechanical issues or damage reported by customers.
  • Organize and maintain the vehicle lot for smooth traffic flow.
  • Assist with vehicle movement and ensure maintenance tags are properly recorded.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Sales or upselling experience required. 
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to wear a company-provided uniform.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (no current or future sponsorship available).
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus!
