Pay and Hours: Hourly Pay Rate Range Start: $16.50 - $20.50hr
Mon – Fri 9:30 AM -6:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service for logistics company.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products, and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and provide customers with status updates.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process data entry and maintain organized files and records.
- Assist with preparing reports and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service for a logistics company
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
