Job Overview
We are hiring a Warehouse Custodian for a cold storage distribution facility in Elizabethtown, PA. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep of freezer and warehouse areas. Candidates must be comfortable working in extremely cold environments, including temperatures around 0°F.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain warehouse and freezer areas
- Perform routine sanitation of floors, equipment, and workspaces
- Remove debris, spills, and waste from cold storage zones
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Support general janitorial and custodial duties throughout the facility
- Maintain cleanliness standards required in a cold storage environment
Requirements
- Prior warehouse custodian or janitorial experience required
- Ability to work in freezer conditions (0°F environment) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
