Requirements
· Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
· Experience in customer service, preferably with business clients
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
Responsibilities of position
· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
· Provide support to business clients
· Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
· Maintain clear and professional communication in both languages
· Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
