Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (flexible) 
Saturdays 7:00AM-1:00 PM 
$15 hourly 
 
 
 
 
Requirements of position




  1. Good communication skills as they are the face of the company.

  3. Excellent customer services skills
  4. Well-mannered and display patient behavior
  5. Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred
  6. Outgoing attitude with a passion for top-notch customer service
  7. Ability to handle difficult customer situations.
  8. Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records
  9. Computer literate with excellent phone manners
  10. Ability to work well in a team environment
  11. Education and Experience:
  12. High school diploma or equivalent
  13. 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
 
Responsibilities of position





  1. Obtain voicemail, email, and fax orders from Customers for 2nd run or next-day delivery
  2. Provides answers and solutions towards daily Foodservice shorts by communicating with coworkers and customers
  3. Is the point of contact that drivers communicate in reference to customer’s needs: such as credit, RMAs, and delivery times
  4. Provide office assistance to sales reps in regard to customers or prospective customers
  5. Customer Service throughout the day in answering phone calls to obtain next-day order deliveries by data entry
  6. Daily closing activities consist of voicemail, email, and orders via fax being entered and left empty for the night shift and provides any e-mail necessary to inform coworkers of customer information concerning next-day deliveries. Always resolve complaints to customers’ satisfaction. Handle situations in the best interest of both the company and the customer.
  7. Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
  8. Ability to multitask.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures.
  10. Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
  11. Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  12. Maintaining records of customer interactions
  13. Providing overall great customer experience
