 7:00am -3:30pm + OT 

Requirements of position

 Join a growing and dependable team in a hands-on industrial environment. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our core preparation process, which is vital to the production of high-quality industrial components.

·  Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

·  Comfortable using handheld tools, especially grinders

·  Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

·  Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

·  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

·  Willingness to be flexible and assist in other departments when needed

·  Must be able to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

 ·  Gather metal cores from the warehouse based on production needs

·  Degrease metal cores using appropriate cleaning methods and materials

·  Etch metal cores using a handheld angle grinder to prepare surfaces to specification

·  Apply adhesive and/or primer to etched cores using a foam brush

·  Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

·  Maintain a clean and organized work area

·  Assist with other general labor tasks as needed
