Requirements of position 

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Prep / Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen team in Elkhart, IN. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with food, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. Candidates should be ready to start work immediately.  

?  Must be able to pass a criminal background check 

?  Previous food prep or cooking experience preferred (not required) 

?  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks 

?  Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety 

?  Reliable attendance and punctuality 

?  Ready and available to start work immediately 

Responsibilities of position 

? ?  Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking meals according to recipes and standards 

?  Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines 

?  Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and prep areas 

?  Assist with portioning, plating, and packaging food as needed 

?  Monitor food quality and report any issues to supervisors 

?  Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
