Pay/hours for position
Monday – Friday – Full Time – Temp to hire.

1st:: $15.50/hr – 7am-3pm
2nd: $17.50/hr – 3pm-11pm
3rd: $16.50/hr – 11pm – 7am

(These are starting wages, can be more based on experience)
Requirements of position
Jobsquad is looking for a reliable CNC Production Operator to join a family-owned and operated manufacturer in Clark Lake, MI. If you have CNC experience and are ready to be part of a great team, we encourage you to apply! · Must have at least 1 year of CNC experience in the last 3 years. · Solid work history with a proven track record of reliability. · No formal education required - experience is key. · Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs. · Steel-toe or composite safety boots required. · Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) and background check required.

Responsibilities of position
Responsibilities:
· Tend CNC machines and equipment, ensuring smooth operation.
· Manually lift workpieces and secure them in fixtures or load automatic
feeding devices.
· Start machines, engage feed, and monitor operations closely.
· Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
· Adjust machine controls and guides as needed to ensure proper
functioning.
· Replace worn machine reservoirs and activate coolant flow when needed.
· Add coolant to machine reservoirs and ensure proper flow for optimal
machine performance.
· File, sand, or shape machined parts as required.
· Clean machine parts and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
· Complete required paperwork, including Daily Operator Activity Reports
(DOAR), Data Collection Forms, Scrap/Rework Forms, SPC Charts, and
Tool Life Forms.
· Record data into computerized production control systems.
· Follow posted production standards and instructions at your workstation.
· Maintain productivity efficiency and rates as directed by your supervisor.
· Suggest improvements to production methods, equipment performance,
or product quality.
· Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). · Perform other duties as assigned. Join us for Walk-In Wednesday at The JobSquad!
