Payrate: $18-28 (Based on experience)
Shift: 2nd (must be available to train on 1st shift)
Requirements of position
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience in large machining within the automotive sector is a must
· Strong understanding of die component machining · Proficiency with Fanuc and Heidenhain controllers · Confident in reading and working with G-codes · Experience programming directly at the machine · SMIRT programming experience is a big plus · Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills · High School Diploma or GED required · Must pass pre-employment screenings
Responsibilities of position
Responsibilities:
· Operate CNC machines to produce large automotive components (hoods,
doors, fenders, etc.)
· Read and interpret G-code programming
· Program directly at the controller (Fanuc and Heidenhain)
· Utilize SMIRT software (preferred but not required)
· Maintain a high level of precision and quality throughout the machining
process
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines
· Bring your own tools (within reason) to hit the ground running
