Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $15.50-$17.50+/hr (Higher starting pay based on experience)
Shift Options
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description: Join a growing manufacturer as a CNC Machinist, producing high quality precision components. This facility manufactures both high-volume production parts and specialized short-run components.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines and automated production equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and parts from machines
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as clean machine parts
- Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors
- Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Work overtime on weekends as needed to meet production demands
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience operating CNC machines is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as; work rules, safety rules, operating and maintenance
- Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Meet expectations and requirements of; data entry, production, safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings
