| Requirements of position

|
- Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Ensure all incoming shipments are properly recorded in MAGAYA software.
- At least 2 years of experience using MAGAYA software (is a warehouse management system providing full visibility and control of warehouse and logistics operations).
- Previous experience in logistics companies.
- Receiving experience: unloading trucks, verifying merchandise against the Bill of Lading (BOL), ability to count and check quantities.
- Report damages to incoming merchandise.
- Report missing items.
- Organize and sort merchandise in the warehouse according to labels.
- Ability to use a scanner.
- Work in the Receiving Department.
- Receive packages from UPS and FedEx and accurately enter the information into the system. Use the computer efficiently to process and track incoming shipments
