Requirements of position




  •  Valid forklift certification.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Ensure all incoming shipments are properly recorded in MAGAYA software.
  • Compu Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience using MAGAYA software (is a warehouse management system providing full visibility and control of warehouse and logistics operations).
  • Previous experience in logistics companies.
  • Receiving experience: unloading trucks, verifying merchandise against the Bill of Lading (BOL), ability to count and check quantities.
  • Report damages to incoming merchandise.
  • Report missing items.
  • Organize and sort merchandise in the warehouse according to labels.
  • Ability to use a scanner.
  • Work in the Receiving Department.
  • Receive packages from UPS and FedEx and accurately enter the information into the system.
  • Use the computer efficiently to process and track incoming shipments.
