Job Title 

CDL-A Flatbed/Hopper Drivers  

Position Location 

Jonesboro, AR/Paragould, AR   

Pay/hours for position 

• $20-$25 per hour 

• 30% of the gross amount of the truck after the probationary period 

• Monday- Friday 

• Most nights and weekends home 

Requirements of position 

1. CDL-A 

2. 2 Years OTR experience  

3. Must be able to drive a Manual and Automatic Truck 

4. Traffic laws/DOT regulations/driving knowledge 

5. Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred. 

6. Able to pass random drug tests. 

7. Clean driving record 

8. No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years 

9. Listening and verbal communication skills 

10. Dependability? 

Responsibilities of position 

1. Drive and operate trucks.? 

2. Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.? 

3. Pre-inspect truck.? 

4. Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed. 

5. Load and unload cargo. 

6. Basic vehicle maintenance: comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes always. 

7. Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
