Pay:
- $17.00–$18.50 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM until finish
- Currently working 10-11 hour shifts with overtime available
We are currently hiring Case Packers and Production Associates to join a growing food manufacturing team in Elizabethtown, PA. This position is responsible for processing, blending, and packaging frozen vegetables in a refrigerated production environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Unpack frozen vegetables and load product into blending and packaging equipment
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Assist packaging team members as needed
- Pack finished products into cases
- Stack finished boxes onto pallets at the end of the production line
- Maintain production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience is preferred
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 40°F)
- Ability to lift 6-35 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required
