Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $17.00-$18.50hr
Job Description: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
We are seeking dependable Production and Case Packer workers to join our food production team in Elizabethtown, PA. This position works in a refrigerated environment and plays a key role in processing and packaging frozen vegetable products.
Responsibilities:
- Unpack frozen vegetables and load product into blending and packaging machinery
- Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Assist packaging team members as needed when not operating machinery
- Stack finished boxed products onto pallets at the end of the production line
- Maintain production standards while working in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and food handling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous production, manufacturing, packaging a plus
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 40°F)
- Ability to lift and stack boxes weighing 6–35 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Schedule:
- 1st & 2nd Shift Available
- 7:00 AM until finish
- Currently working 10–11 hour shifts with overtime available
