The JobSquad is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our client’s team in Jackson, MI! This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, professional call center environment. Qualifications · Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules based on client needs. · High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. · Minimum of 2 years of customer service, call center, or utility experience preferred. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. · Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously. · Must complete and pass all required training, testing, and certification prior to independent production.

· Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with
professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely resolution of customer
inquiries.
· Achieve and maintain key performance metrics including calls per hour,
average handle time, quality assurance scores, and attendance adherence.
· Demonstrate consistent schedule reliability—adhering to assigned shifts,
breaks, and queue readiness expectations.
· Accurately document call activity and account notes within multiple
systems.
· Follow client-specific scripts, regulatory requirements, and company
compliance procedures.
· Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and continuous
improvement programs to enhance performance and service quality.
· Collaborate with peers and supervisors to maintain a positive,
accountable, and goal-oriented team environment.
