Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules based on client needs.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, call center, or utility experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Must complete and pass all required training, testing, and certification prior to independent production.

| Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Achieve and maintain key performance metrics including calls per hour, average handle time, quality assurance scores, and attendance adherence.
- Demonstrate consistent schedule reliability—adhering to assigned shifts, breaks, and queue readiness expectations.
- Accurately document call activity and account notes within multiple systems.
- Follow client-specific scripts, regulatory requirements, and company compliance procedures.
- Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement programs to enhance performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to maintain a positive, accountable, and goal-oriented team environment.
