| RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver timely, thorough responses to all telephone and/or email inquiries from independent distributor partners, sales managers, operations personnel, etc. as well as maintain a tracking mechanism for such inquiries.
• Assist with order processing errors, product planning, cycle count changes, nightly error reports for the warehouse locations.
• Process Special Orders in a Database system.
• Customer service background
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Should be able to do basic data entry, upload files, and manipulate data
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment
