The Jobsquad is seeking a Call Center Agent in Jackson, MI to join our
client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, enjoys helping people, and has strong customer service and data entry skills. As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be responsible for answering calls, assisting customers, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information while maintaining professionalism and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications & Skills · High school diploma or equivalent · Customer service or call center experience is a plus · Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills · Comfortable using computers, email, and call center software · Good math, communication, and listening skills · Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment --- Additional Requirements · Commitment to confidentiality and compliance (FDCPA, HIPAA, FCRA, TCPA, PCI, ISO 27001) · Regular attendance and reliability are a must · Ability to sit, talk on the phone, and use a computer for long periods · Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and perform light physical tasks

· Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies
