 We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bread Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial bakery equipment used in the production of high-quality bread products. The ideal candidate will help ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and strict adherence to food safety and workplace safety standards.This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality food products.               






 Responsibilities of position








 
  • Set up, operate, and monitor bread manufacturing machinery (mixers, dividers, molders, proofers, ovens, slicers, and packaging equipment).
  • Measure and load ingredients according to production formulas and recipes.
  • Adjust machine settings to control mixing time, temperature, speed, and baking conditions.
  • Inspect dough and finished bread products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Record production data, downtime, and quality control checks.
  • Follow all workplace safety and hygiene policies.
   
  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to heat (ovens) and flour dust.
  • May require shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
