We are recruiting for a leading logistics and customs brokerage company, specializing in providing end-to-end services for international trade. Our mission is to help clients navigate the complexities of global commerce with expertise, efficiency, and integrity. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a Customs Brokers License to lead and manage our branch operations. Communicate with operations staff to clarify or verify shipment details
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations at the designated branch, including managing a team of customs brokers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Customs Brokers License, a strong background in logistics and customs operations, and leadership experience in managing both people and processes. You will work closely with the senior management team to achieve business goals, improve operational efficiencies, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
 
  1. Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required)
  2. Ensure completion of required training and continuing education to maintain an active, compliant U.S. Customs Broker license.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance.
  4. Strong working knowledge of bonded warehouse operations, FTZ regulations
  5. Strong understanding with CBP regulations (19 CFR), PGA requirements.
  6. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  8. Bilingual (English and Spanish)

  1. Medical Insurance: Coverage for the employee, 100% paid by the employer.
  2. Basic Group Life Insurance: Coverage for the employee, 100% paid by the employer (equivalent to the employee’s annual salary, with a maximum of $50,000 USD).
  3. Voluntary Life Insurance: Paid by the employee.
  4. Dental Insurance: Paid by the employee.
  5. Short-Term Disability Insurance: Paid by the employee.
  6. Long-Term Disability Insurance: Paid by the employee.
  7. Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. New employees are entitled to a proportional amount based on their hire date during the calendar year.
  8. Paid Sick Leave: 5 days per calendar year for legitimate illness.
  9. Christmas Bonus: Based on upper management's decision.
  10. 401K: The employer will match $0.50 for every $1.00 the employee contributes to the plan, up to 6% of their total compensation. New employees are eligible after 1 year of service.
  11. Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $23,500 USD, based on company performance.
