Requirements of position




  1. High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree desirable.
  2. One year of general billing experience
  3. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  4. Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  5. Must have experience with billing software.
  6. Requires critical thinking skills, superior organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  7. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
 
 
Responsibilities of position





The Billing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the overall billing functions to ensure exactness and compliance within the financial functions of the company, confirm all charges are billed properly and the billing department has accurate information at all times.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Review invoices to ensure the accuracy of the invoice or settlement.
  2. Collaborate with other departments throughout the company to guarantee accurate information is provided.
  3. Accountable for preparing driver settlements to support the payroll team.
  4. Daily administration of billing and invoicing process and staff.
  5. Maintain regular communication with drivers and clients.
  6. Answers billing-related questions/issues for customers and employees.
  7. Audits a high volume of tickets weekly to import into the billing system.
  8. Responsible for preparing customer invoices, creating reports as needed, and routing customer invoices through to the proper departments.
  9. Ensure that all invoices are completed in a timely manner.
  10. Assists with data entry duties.
 
This is a temp to perm position. 
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9am-6pm
Payrate: $21-$22 per hour
