Requirements of position



·  High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
·  Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role
·  Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
·  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems
·  Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position




We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly organized Bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a professional demeanor, and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English. This role is critical in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff, while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
 ·         Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and engaging manner
·  Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both Spanish and English
·  Provide accurate information and assistance to clients, vendors, and team members
·  Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting
·  Schedule appointments and manage calendars
·  Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services
·  Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
·  Translate or interpret as necessary during in-person interactions or over the phone
·  Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
