  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanour and positive attitude.

Job Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $18 per hour 
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, while also supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual abilities are essential for success in this role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain front desk operations including scheduling, filing, and document management.
  • Provide administrative support to management and project teams as needed.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry for retention and compliance purposes.
  • Assist with client relations and retention efforts by providing excellent service.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support bilingual communication (English/Spanish or other) between staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and safety protocols at all times.
