Requirements of position




 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent. 
  2. Bilingual (English and Spanish) 
  3. -          Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise between office and warehouse staff.
  4. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all records, inventory, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  6. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move light to moderate weight, if needed for the role.
  7. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and receiving procedures.
 
 
Responsibilities of position

 



The Warehouse Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse. This role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, processing orders, and handling communication between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
 
  1. Administrative Support: Handle daily paperwork such as shipping/receiving logs, inventory reports, and order tracking.
  2. Data Entry: Input inventory data into management software, update databases, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Shipping and Receiving: Assist with the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
  4. Inventory Management: Help track stock levels, report discrepancies, and support inventory audits.
  5. Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers or internal staff with inquiries about order status, delivery times, or product availability.
  6. Document Handling: Organize and file all necessary warehouse documents, including packing slips, invoices, and shipment receipts.
  7. Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, including dispatching and receiving shipments.
  8. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized office and warehouse environment.
